Measuring the Poles

    Step One: Measuring & marking the poles.

Lifting the Tripod

    Step Two: Lifting the tripod.

First Frame Pole

    Step Three: The tripod is spread out and first frame pole is placed into the crotch of the first section.

Frame Poles

    Step Four: Continuing frame pole placement.

Wrapping the Rope

    Step Five: The frame is complete. Rope is wrapped around the poles.

Cover Bundled

    Step Six: The cover is bundled onto the Lifting Pole.

Lifting the Cover

    Step Seven: Lifting the cover with the Lifting Pole.

Spreading Out the Cover

    Step Eight: Spreading out the cover.

Closing the Cover

    Step Nine: Pulling the cover around to the front.

Threading the Lacing Pins

    Step Ten:Closing the front - use a step ladder to aid in lacing the edges together with lacing pins.

Ready to be Staked

    Step Eleven: The lacing pins set & the cover is ready to be staked down.

Pounding Stakes

    Step Twelve: Pounding the tipi stakes.

Setting Smokeflap Poles

    Step Thirteen: Setting the smokeflap poles into the pole pockets.
