Step One: Measuring & marking the poles. |

Step Two: Lifting the tripod. |
|
|
Step Three: The tripod is spread out and first frame pole is placed into the crotch of the first section. |

Step Four: Continuing frame pole placement. |
|
|
Step Five: The frame is complete. Rope is wrapped around the poles. |
|
|
Step Six: The cover is bundled onto the Lifting Pole. |
|
|
Step Seven: Lifting the cover with the Lifting Pole. |
|
|
Step Eight: Spreading out the cover. |
|
|
Step Nine: Pulling the cover around to the front. |
|
|
Step Ten:Closing the front - use a step ladder to aid in lacing the edges together with lacing pins. |
|
|
Step Eleven: The lacing pins set & the cover is ready to be staked down. |
|
|
Step Twelve: Pounding the tipi stakes. |
|
|
Step Thirteen: Setting the smokeflap poles into the pole pockets. |
|
Step Fourteen: The completed tipi (without liner) |
